After a Week of driving I have to say this is a 5 star car.

 

The drive is not stiff as reported by some, it's taught, reassuring, well behaved.

The driving cabin is top.

The fuel economy for UK is average for this size.

The Extras list is 'loaded'

The Four wheel drive is excellent.

The looks I get at the fuel station forecourt is nice.

The car looks great for a 4 year old beast.

The Aluminium body means NO RUST EVER.

 

Servicing at AUDI is to be avoided as it costs approx £123 per hour ! fcuk !!!

3. The Audi MMI 2G is defined by the control buttons near the gearstick. MMI High will have the full colour screen, the MMI Basic/Plus models will have a monochrome red and sometimes green screen.

There are several ways to turn off the MIL: (1) check to see if the gas cap is tight; if not, tighten it (the MIL may not go off immediately) - a loose cap may indicate an evaporative fuel leak; (2) have an auto technician check the system with a scan tool, perform a repair and turn off the light; or, (3) the system may turn itself off after a period of time if it no longer detects a problem.

I diden't think that euro cars used obd2 thats good becouse once you know that computer system then its a snap. Same computer thats in my GMC truck and jeep. Its not a bad system, fairly complex system. It will set a codes for just about eveything you can think of on your car.It will tell you if you diden't tighten you petrol cap tight enough, and if you have a miss fire on any cyclinder. Its a crysler system made by delphi electronics wicth is a devision of General motors of wicth has been the leader in automotive electronics sence the 80s. The first in onboard programible computer systems in the world, and Witch is part of Detroit Diesel electronics of wicth is the leader in Diesel electronics perioud!

If you change the power settings of an Audi in europe (and probably any car) he manufacturers warranty will be void (as a friend of mine recently discovered). I would be staggered if this doesn't apply to the US as well.

The MFG of the bully dog tuner system has worked in conjuction with the auto makers insureing that it won't void the warranty becouse that has been a major issue with these devices in the past, thus reduceing their sales, and Adversly affecting the owners in the past. One must use a approved tuneing device approved buy the mfgers. If not, warranty Void.

Becouse if a novice unknowing user set the fuel injection pulse width to narrow,buy inexperence or buy misstake it would fry the engine. Some of the lap top programs would not have safe guards built in allowing the user to burn up the engine.

Ya theres a dozen or so adaptors that will allow you to hook up your lap top, trick is to keep from eather frying or blowing up the engine. Or voiding the warranty if new.

Controller 07, Adaptation 10, Channel 02, Add 32 to the value and your battery meter will reappear.

All I want to know is when you get it stable @ 5.0GHz without the BSOD. And what is the Freq of the Injection rail been lifted to, did you have to increase any voltages from like 12v to 12.3v. What cooler are you using in your radiator, how big a heat sink is on the head.
