Running around the London underground Victoria I tripped over my own feet on a set of steps in the process managing to dislocate my pinky quite severely. The lovely Underground staff walked me to A&E at St.Thomas I have never been treated so quickly before they all took one look at my finger sucked in a breath and said that looks painful follow me. I could quite happily have punched Doc Farouk in the face when he reset my finger but I was in too much agonizing pussy whipped pain even with the gas and air. Lesson learnt less haste more speed. I have seen self defense/martial arts experts bring people to their knees using only the attacker's hand to control him. Its pretty amazing to see... disarms and neutralizes the attacker all in one motion... they never throw a punch really but are lightning fast. pressure points and fingers are the key.
