From the savings from my contacts at HP, I managed to get a 4th server for free. And I am hoping to get this placed down at sheffield on some rack space. Here a glims of whats to come. Dual Xeno E5506 2.13/4M/4.80 Only reason I went 2.13 was buy one get one free from HP thats 8 cores total. 6 x 2GB ECC Ram, Total Of 12GB on board. 2 x 72 GB 2.5 15K, Just for the OS, would mirror this and break mirror after changes, Used as a backup. 6x 146 GB, 876GB Data Storage, Config as 3 x Raid 0 as D: and 3 x Raid 0 as E: Reason for Raid 0 is for load times, as its a gamming server no need for recovery. http://h71016.www7.hp.com/html/interactive...|ProdPage|flash Link to Hp Site Here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just having a few second thoughts on sending it down to Sheffield, I am just trialling Direct hosting a little longer. Issues that popped up with the UK server and the time to resolve the problems have put a couple of doubt's in my mind as to wheather this is the right company to host the box.
