Its ACE that causes the terrible load times,taking out guns or other mods wont do much good....it would be a shame to mutilate the RHwp just because ACE is causing high loadtimes....it doesnt make much sense.

Looking at the comments there seem to be alot of people looking for the gameplay we love and use here at SPARTA but usually end up in the cesspool of public servers....wich gave me an idea to have some sort of "Open house"....perhaps this Sunday evening. Open up a central download topic with all the patches,mods,islands needed to play with us and howto set it up...wich is really needed. After everyone is set....play a couple of AO's on the Taki,Lingor,Ovaron and Chernarus islands! and show the people interested how ARMA2 should be played!...people are just dying to play with me..us...uhh...i mean us lol...and SPARTA has more than enough slots on the server... Anyway just an idea, im not part of SPARTA so its not up to me and im sure not everyone would like to open pandora's box and have all kinds of random people strolling around the servers and forum...but you can filter out the "good" people with ease...your thoughts...??

Awesome dude....thanks man! In Chernarus there is the gunship Lbird that can lift.....???? not sure if that was planned but it just doesnt look right for such a small chopper.

Ahh i see; i just played for over 2 hours, i had no lag ...just the usual strain on my pc when playing Chernarus.

What exactly was ported to Chernarus? ...and........seeing as we are testing things ...i'd like to point out to the Russian base on Lingor wich has no function except for using up cpu cycles. I had totally forgotten about it untill me and Karl got attacked from our 6....it might be the reason why some people are semi-struggling with Lingor...no one ever goes there or ever gets near that base...its just there.

You can seriously hurt yourself doing that if they are not the same weight....its fun to do it for shits n giggles but i wouldnt do this often lol

Then you must not know much about grand strategy games,the AI in this gameseries is non-existent etcetc....oh i could go on and on bout the failures of Total War but its been discussed a zillion times all over the net....... this game is like MOH or COD compared to ARMA....its an arcade strategy game. Ive had every Total War game and they were all a joke with stupid strategic features that didnt work or are just useless,no modding could ever patch that up. The only reason why you would want to buy this is for the MP battles,wich are fun.

These games are fun,but as a (grand)strategy game they are utter crap....every part of this game except for the 3d battles is a joke.....

Vehicles,weapon selections.......this is an awesome "remake" of GR; the stuff you guys want would turn it into just another ARMA mission. Awesome set Lightspeed,got me back into that GR kinda mood...
