Thx Haji, This project is most probably one of the most "believable" projects out there. I have to be honest with you guys, at risk to be labelled cynic or other, but i usually do not believe in this form of "Kickstarter" funding business. I strongly believe is a new tool to appeal to the Inner gamer instinct (when it comes to fund gaming). I do not trust these indie productions. There are very ambitious projects, some are also too beautiful to be true. The only real thing about all of these projects, most of the time are the money "good-faith" funders put down. Believe it or not, gaming is an Industry. It is such a major industry it has not even been touched by recession. It is so strong out there and also if a gamer cannot pay his/her mortgage, still buys a 50 bucks game. Why? because we need to DREAM and we need get into an alternative reality different from the every day shit we live. Every major Industries have very strict rules, lobbies, nasty shit and restriction "creative minds" have to abide. it s just a Market rule. It doesn t matter how good is product, if you are ina massive Industry you have to abide the rules from the Bigger players. Don t you wonder why in the Car industry you see mostly the same names, building the same cars? Why there is not really a steering to different Indie Manufacturer offering engines using different fuel solutions? ... They have to abide to Massive Market rules. Gaming is very much the same. games we don t like for some reason are really those games the Mass loves and are those games selling and making money. In business, like this business, you don t count buyers by the "thousands" but possibly by the "hundreds of thousands" and above. I don t necessarely like EA, and i know with this comparison I am sparkling a possible big flame, thru ppl who really hates EA, however EA makes business. And this is just an example. If an Entity like EA is not interested to fund a project is because they don t see a massive market for it. Massive market guarrantees Support. You can possibly fund a project with money, but then, if the sales are not "exceptional", that project is dead. if it was good, good for you, if it wasn t, forget about patches, because there will be noone working on it. We saw this happening so many times. GRIM DAWN can be interesting because at least these guys have something alreay. Worked on this project for 2 years. i do appreciate that. I still do believe if they were not able to sell the project to a major player to get the production going on the standard way is still because the Big Entities are not believing on the sales volume. I will probably offer a pledge to it just because at least their message seems way more solid of others and they seem to be very qualified professionals. .. I just don t park my Dreams on it.. however Titan Quest is an excellent game. Was just to reward that great job, that is the reason why i may support this team.

LOL, I am glad this helped! As I said, it seems MS is not really that good to advertise what they do well i have been using Skydraive since at least 2 yrs now and i found it very useful. Especially loding files on the Sharing folders, so you can invite whover you want to come and download what you got. It also allow you to sens a large email (Jumbo or DropBox kinda) automatically uploading the big content on your Skydrive and sending the invite to the recipient to go and download. It also allows Cloud Sync but i don t use that and i don t know the spec. i guess it will sync on a limit of 5GB. Check that out better if you like that feature.

????? Ok, I know... in general ppl doesn t look Microsoft.. ppl always complains about Microsoft... Windows sucks here and there ( although is the "only" OS really used worldwide )... So, thre is some "misinformation" about MS, but all of this is just to say: Google is a bit late to the Party ppl ! Microsoft is offering a FREE service since a few years now called SKYDRIVE. Skydrive is free with any Hotmail or Live account and host 25GB out of the box. It has full sharing options to allow file collaborations, it work seameless with FREE Office Online, and more. This is a service from MS existing way before the "Cloud" word became a fancy word. In all of this something stand up. MS is easy to go down for their imperfections, but they have a problem to succesfully advertise their good stuff

Windows 8 is definetely a mobile o s. my only concern is when they will start selling computers with Win 8 onboard. if they give the choice people will not buy windows 8, if they do not give the choice, people would not be happy with windows 8.

Yeah, we have it here too.. is FAR from being "for free"however My provider doesn t have it, so I am not gonna get it. I am still super happy with my US GS2 version which has a 4.5" scrteen and larger battery out of the ocx, holding the masterpiece Samsung CPU perforamnces. Yeah, as you know res is lower, but it still look gorgeous with the super AMOLED. Tell me more about the stylus, I was curious about that. I previously had a HTC TouchPro (Win 6.5) and it had a stylus, but was nice and small and 'inside" the device. I guess the NOTE do not carries the stylus, so.. it s a little gadget you need to carry apart? (big chance to loose it??) Actually I don t mind a big screen on a phone.. I am not a pussy scared to have a big phone if it is nice and gorgeous and the dimension makes sense. I am still belonging to that generation who used the first mobile phone and it was the size of a brick on your face, with the same weight too I still can t figure out how iPhone users are happy with a screen belonging to a 3 years ago generation. 3.5" is so obsolete nowadays, doesn t matter how much pixel density you wanna push on it. All of the retina display is just a major BS in my opinion, when all of that "awesomeness" is compressedin 3.5"... As well the "super HD" display on the new iPad.. really??we don t have that res not even on 26" monitors (or maybe on some very professional ones)... what s the sense to have it on a 10" screen?? lol.. and bytheway.. it gets hot.. but Apple is not talking about it However, going back to the NOTE, I think is an outstanding device. I am sure it has also the USB Host that was so beautiful on the S2 version, doesn t it ? Oh.. and about American weirdy market.. did you know my SGS2 DOES NOT have that USB Host feature? It is there, as hardware, but it is disabled by the Kernel... Go figure...

Right.. Why am I not surprised ? Athlon, I do respect your resentment for EA.. but it is what is.. Mostly it s business, Game Industry.. they make Money out of us.. and that is not for EA only. I dont care about the "name" or the "production" or whatever... When I look at a game i only think if I do like it or not. If they do a great job, good for them, if they dont, they dont.. but I don t expect anyone being "better" than anyone else.. because they are there to make money and they will do what it takes for it. Mass Effect is a FABULOUS game and is une EA umbrella, Dragon Age 1 and 2 are pretty good and are under EA. I don t care about it, i am not a fan boy for EA, but if the poduct is good and i love it, i ll play it, they are not gonna die if I dont, most importantly I will be missing something I like. About this Ghost recon SHIT I would honestly be offended at the same level as you can be offended by some shit from EA. This game is a pure fraud out of a Brand name, out of a valuable old franchise. It has nothing to do with Ghost Recon PERIOD. If they were at least being honest and they were calling it anything else, say G.I.Joes, i was going to give a shot to it, maybe... but this BS about GR, is just offensive to people who really enjoyed that game. GR was a great game. It was slower and was tactical. It was for PC first. It was a possibly realistic First Person experience. This abomination is just a marketing farce. nothing more than a "nobody" among a plethora of other shooters out there, possibly better than this. The choice is up to you, but if you like GR you should not dignify this crap. Furthermore you should not buy it just because "is not" EA, because here, pruduction is seriously kiddng you, and you alow them to do it

Nice catch Dai. I played intensively Tribes when came out long time ago. For some reason i do not have that urge about Tribes anymore. 10+ years ago it was an amazing game, probably a pioneer of the fast pace war combat. probably it wa really the only real game to offer that. Now is different. There are tons of fast pace combat shooters and possibly better than this new Tribes. True is a FTP so you really can t complain about it, nonetheless, i still believe "today" if I want fast pace action and i want a last generation game, my winner is still BF3. However, I guess my last match on BF3 has been longer than 1 month ago, which is meter for me to understand I don t care about these fast shooters anymore. I think I will stick with BF3 tho, at least i know the game and I don t have to learn something new

Well done Durka That is a good machine. The ASRock Mobo I don t know but buttom line, if is cheap, still has a warranty, if it fails, they will replace it. Besides some technicality that majority of users don t need to have, also a cheap MB can do perfectly its job

Hey Durka, I had the same issue with one of the MB Asus I had to return. Good news is: There is nothing you can do about it. Call the MB tech support, speak with a tekkie, tell him what you already did. If the MoBo is on warranty they will issue you an RMA ticket and you are gold. Bad news is: It is the MB, if is still under warranty, see above and go for RMA, if is not... start shopping. .... that stuff sucks.

Mr Hajimoto got me into this. BLUR - on sale on Steam for 5 bucks. The best 5 bucks you could spend on a racing game! If you don t know what Blur is, google it. I m typing from my phone and ot would take too much Trust me on this: this game is pure fun! And is addicting! We have been playing online for a few hours and I couldn t stop! Be adviced, controls cannot be re-mapped (weird) so either keyb or 360 conteoller are accepted. I play with keyboard and I m confy with that. Multi is up to 10 players together and the netcode worked very well. I didnt suffer any lag. At 5 bucks you cant miss this game!

I actually have a charachter already at 20 and an Engineer at 18, i ll bring those up to promotion during the weekend so we close the deal ;) Note on the side.. I just completed the SP and I now understand why a lot of ppl is unhappy with the game finale. After an amazing journey and a great 3rd game, the last 10 minutes of this game seems like.. either they finished the money or ran out of time and had to close the deal right away. On one side, asking a production to "change a finale" is a bit ridicoulous, however I do agree they should review and edit at least 1 major aspect of the closing act.
