Had similar issues change of portal meant I had to make a new password request. Do not respond to the email they send for a few hours and it all appears to work ok. Do not respond to the email they send for a few hours and it all appears to work ok. I think Cpt Custard and others are sorting it. I finally got in but had to bribe the Sentinel at the door.
