Yes I too am looking for new gaming pc and would like to get a laptop for my abundance of out of town work. I am looking heavily at the asus g74 sx. any opinions on the expected lifespan of this laptop? as in , will it run current games on the highest graphic qualities as well as how hard is it to upgrade the graphics cards and processors? or would I truly be better off dropping 2 grand on desktop. mid you I would then have to include monitor, keyboard mouse. right now my rig is coolermaster ammo case amd dualx2 6400 3ghx? xp 32 bit.(yeah i know big duh on me) 850 watt psu g15 keyboard . and radeon 4900hd? mobo msi but from 2006. thanks Guys glad to see the Legion is still going Strong. Guess I'll chime in here too as I was reinstalling GRAW and cod4 mw and looking for patches I too clicked an ad for eve again Lured by their amazing art work. loading trial right now and we shall see. Wish me luck. I will be inquiring about the dual screen set up but not here.

Heys guys I just had to reinstall windows on new Hard drive and have reinstalled ARMA2 on this , But all was still intact on my previous HD I cannot find the forlder in The Bohemia file that has the save /completed missions and mission editoring. any and all is appreciated.

Let me know when its done sounds cool, but you gotta Mod the motorcycles to TRIUMPH Scramblers or bonnevilles. I always thought a mission that took a loop around the map but in a tank squad , and every 50 miles you could have resupply . if i get some time in maybe i'll give it a whirl.

First : will running second monitor slow performance of my Video card???? AMD X2 3ghz 2gb xp pro32bit 850 psu ati 4890? #2 I have 2 monitors set up and one is primary . How do I display map continuously on second screen as well as TS and such? Thanks in advance. EDIT AFTER REVIEW I just read many threads on this on BI forums and it seems there may be no way to do this, Or would it be an unscrupulous mod? I've read the pros and cons . but even to beable to have it pop up and still be able to see enemy in your area would help. Let me know also there used to be a thing where your GPS could sit on the screen like the compass is this available ? Or even a smaller compass ?

I know there is a PDF file out there for ARMA ONE that is an editing guide. But is there anything out there for ARMA2 . either strategy guide in bookform or and all inclusive editing game book. I thought I saw one but I just searched 2 months of browser history and can't find it. Let me know I messed around a bit with it and had a blast just not wishing to trial and error until I get it right. Also is there a layout for TS using the G15? got the basics but would rather have guidance from the pros. I hate having to ask to switch me .

I looked into them a few years back for triathalons and all I remember was if it doesn't fit right take it back and make sure you get one that fits right or youll be hating it. I heard whore stories of 300 bucks wasted and it was too loose or tight.
