Yeah, unfortunately the mic is built in and unless you mount the camera near the back of the bike to pick up the exhaust note all you get is wind and engine noise.

So... Now people are a bit more familiar with the controls etc who fancies some PROPER practices? Before we go any further though, It WILL be boring probably and I'm not saying I know how it should all be done, it will be a group effort but I'm talking running through the following. Positioning for movement through corridors and around corners. Stacking up for Room Breaching. Cover Arcs. Room positioning during Breach. I have to disagree with you about GRAW, the AI are tough, but smart? I don't think so. Also it has no randomness, there's no random spawning of the AI, once you know where they spawn you can just wait for them to either come along as normal or even worse, when you learn the trigger points you can get em as they suddenly spawn. As for Ghost Harry potter cloak of invisibility Recon Future COD Warfield just WHEN did we become GRATEFUL, or even think it was ACCEPTABLE to only have 4 man Co-op?

Well I can honestly say I'm a bit shocked, I downloaded the release version and had a quick play and actually enjoyed the hell out of it. Went heavy in the first game and came top of my teams leaderboard, (we lost the match unfortunately). And went light (Capper) on the second match and came 3rd (we won this one).

Here I took part in the beta for a short time but it didn't feel like the previous games though this may be me more than the game itself as it's been 7 years since I last played Tribes. It's free so no loss if you don't like it.

I've recently reinstalled it and forgot how good the tactical play was. I managed to talk Zeno into getting it and we tried the MP Co-op which worked a charm (like most older games do) and wondered if anyone else had, or fancied getting it (it's very old and widely available from various sources). Go on, your Tactical gland will love ya for it.

Well done and thanks to everyone who took the time to donate or just spread the word. At least there is ONE game on the horizon that may fulfil our need for a thinking man's shooter.

Remember the Falluja Air Assault training we did that culminated in Fatal mdoing a nice video for us. Well there were some annoying game engine glitches that detracted from the experience and caused us to have to adapt the inserts. It might be time to revisit this if there is enough interest as the ShackTac Littlebird Enhancement Mod has been released and fixes most of the annoyances we encountered.
