Sorry to ask if this is clear elsewhere, can you confirm make of card, and exact name of the driver, i.e. Microsoft or Linksys etc?

Don't forget he said that the card works well when he is in safe mode. This means that the reception is unlikely to be the cause, but points more towards a driver or programme issue somewhere. The clean boot is an arduous but necessary test plan, unless you are lazy like me and just go and get a different card and hope that fixes the clash.

On basis of what you are saying, try re-installing the drivers for the wireless and if problem persists then you have to start the process of elimination, follow clean boot protocol. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

If you want to use the Legion of Sparta name for a server/platform then the following guidelines will assist you in your application for approval. Any server/platform using the Legion of Sparta Name must be approved by an Administrator. Your server/platform must conform to the LOSC general rules and guidelines, no racism etc. You must either be an existing Sparta Moderator or be applying for same status with your server/platform offering. This also applies to anyone else you wish to grant elevated access to. To enable us to support you in your endeavours all moderation activities must be tracked as normal in the Moderator forums. Admin/Supervisor control passwords for the game instance should be logged as normal in the moderator section, and if practical access to stop/restart the game instance Access to the server should be available as a minimum to all LOSC members, but this does not preclude you from using passwords to manage access. If the server needs additional rules which you want players to conform to, please ensure they are posted on the forums for public awareness. We appreciate your efforts in running a server, but we regret that we cannot assist with financial support for the server, and you should not use the LOSC name to raise funds. This does not preclude you agreeing to fund a server as a group of like minded people, or raising interest via the forums.
