Look for them in the list (FockersMostWanted). i tried it . we need more people for this .... you only upgrade weapons as rank climbs ! we need to provide the locals water food etc .. thats as far that i got (so trucks needed etc..) whos with me for seeing this thru to test it (maybe there is some fun here ?)
