Nope, the speakers checked out. I am at work right now and a co-worke who is 19 yoa came up and "found the noise." i did the test on her and she could hear all fo them from the same PC. I've got tinnitus too Zeno, but still rather smashing hearing for a person my age (I know because I got tested this year when they tested my tinnitus).
