Getting Windows XP up to 3gb of RAM

Recommended Posts

I havn´t read the thread but xp can run 4gb of total ram, wich means your installed ram including the ram on your graphicscard.

Installed ram: 2048mb

Graphicscard 8800GTX: 768mb

Total : 2816mb

This means that u can install another stick of 1184 mb

Conclusion: U can always install 3 gigs of ram on xp and have them all at your disposal
