(We need it) One thing I'm going to say right off the bat. This mission needs discipline, no Lone Wolf, no "I wonder whats over that ridge", If your told to get in a vehicle, stay in the vehicle. We are out of practice on teamwork and are getting very shoddy indeed. I don't like leading but will step up if necessary, but I accept that if I don't step up, then no matter how bad I think the leaders decisions, I will follow them because I had my chance to make the calls earlier.
