Try watching the film with windows media 11. Explore teh dvd go into video_ts folder, look for video-ts.ifo and right click, then open with windows media. This will take you to the menu. you have to eliminate the following culprits Dodgy dvd dodgy dvd drive dodgy cyberlink so try another dvd then try using windows media11 then try another dvd drive. you will find the culprit

I am fine with this for mission nights and for those that want to play that way, I would recomend that you put a time limit on these missions. This is my preference, but with tactical comms. This should be limited to the evo or dom server but TS should still be mostly tactical. just greetings and other polite stuff. I dont want to see arma go down this route, frankly. I dont think the tactical play is boring, although it may be slow for some., I enjoy the missions more than any other game we play, but I will go with the majority.

I washed the car today. I used a Karcher pressure washer to give a soapy soaking at low pressure, then rinsed at high pressure from further back. Then wash with a microfibre pad and and rinse with a seperate microfibre cloth. Then rinse one panel at a time and chamois leather, I still ended up with water marks onthe bonnet so i polished it lightly with a cream polish. I'll have to wash it with distilled water to avoid the water spots. Is the 335Xi a 4wd. That's a good alternative to the M3 if I recall. Good looking car.

Dont struggle with the game, you'll get pissed off before you get to grips with it. If you give us a time that works for you we will give you the basic skills that will allow you to better appreciate the game.

Missions are proving popular at this time, peple are playing them to the exclusion of evo and domination. Some of these missions take 4+hours, if there is no revive, people will have no choice but to push off. I like revive as it inconveniences the team causing some embarrasment to the "dead" player, encouraging them to do better. I have no problem with the hard core mission nights, but we shouldnt go that way for the rest of the missions. Just my opinion

I really do like the stealth approach some of you have been taking lately. getting the job done without drawing attention makes sense. But I think we are making a mistake at Ortega. Remeber clearing Ortega is an objective. I think we should go to usual observation point with the pickups and the nicked jeep. The vehicles should contain a spare kit per player. If there are 8 of us we split into 2 groups on the 2 slopes facing Ortega. Group 1 (m107s) deploys further back (800+metres) Group 2 (m4s - silenced if you like) deploys at 600+ metrres left and right of the shooting linemetres in cover When in position group 1 snipes at all available targets in the town. Group 2 stays in cover. (we need to make sure that the vegetation fix is running on server 2. The enemy will advance and try to out flank tthe snipers. Those that manage to advance accross 200metres of open ground will be engaged by group 2. When the enemy have been anihilated we switch to assault rifles with only 1 or 2 snipers providing cover. The AR team moves in to mop up the town and blow up the power plants. We did this a couple of weeks ago by accident and I thought it worked out well. What do you guys think.

Actually Adder there is a similar product to protect the areas that risk getting chipped, its not cling film but its not far off.

I will not be polishing it soon, but I want to keep it clean without getting the swirl marks. American muscle cars are great for the traffic light Grand Prix, but very scary on bendy European tracks. Lately though they have been tuning the chassis of their cars. The Cadillac STR and the Corvette Z06 both handle very well on tracks (not ovals). The STR was setup on the Nurburgring. The Audis 4 cylinder engine is very powerful when the Turbo kicks in, but economical when off boost , frankly with fuel prices at these levels that duality is attractive.

Dont worry Rob once you have your game, we will help you. We play arma cooperatively at the moment, so its easy to give in game training. But once we engage the AI they can be trickier than live players. You said you were ordering the gold edition, which if I recall has the queens gambit expansion and is fully patched up, so you'll be good to go.

Go to the COD4 root and you will see a folder called Players, in there you will see profiles and in there you will see your player name. That is the file you need t ocopy over.
