MedicSN6
http://adrianwerner.wordpress.com/games-of-2010/ In the list are: ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead (A no-brainer) Ground Branch (I can't wait.) Steel Beats 2 (Tank sim) Deus Ex 3 (Have to play it. Loved the first two.) Six Days in Fallujah (Looks interesting. Probably not on PC though.) Mass Effect 2 (Duh) Max Payne 3 (Just to play it.) Medal of Honor (Modern US military FPS. Promising as hell.) Some racing games in the mix as well. Not sure if any are simulator quality though. And tons more. Have a read. Durka-Durka~SPARTA~
I thought Ground Branch was scrapped? That Civil War strategy game looks interesting. "Battles From The Bulge?" Really looking forward to Storm of War and A10 "Fighter Ops" might be a great way for folks to get back into the flight sim genre.
MedicSN6
I thought Ground Branch was scrapped? Not to my knowledge. The sub-game Sky Gods was scrapped as the major part of the content was purchased by another company. The forums say nothing of GB being scrapped. Fatal_Papercut~SPARTA~
In the near future, it looks like I'll have a bit more time available for gaming, which is great, because I'm planning on purchasing AND making video reviews for many of the upcoming titles. In the next two months alone, there are several games I'm anticipating. It seemed appropriate to bump this thread to discuss what new releases we're looking forward to. Time permitting, I'll be purchasing and reviewing: * Sins of a Solar Empire: Diplomacy (expansion) * Bioshock 2 * Aliens vs. Predator * Elemental: War of Magic (unfortunately, this might get pushed back a bit) * Battlefield: Bad Company 2 * Supreme Commander 2 * Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising (expansion) * Metro 2033 * Assassin's Creed 2 * Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter * Ghost Recon 4 * STALKER: Call of Pripyat While tentative, all of these games are scheduled to be released on or before March 31st. What will you be playing?

MH6~SPARTA~
Can't wait for the following: Project Offset (from the true makers of Savage, one of THE best games of all time IMO) Aliens vs. Predator (Sequel to the great AVP game from 1999) ArmAII: Operation Arrowhead (Nuff' said) Napoleon: Total War (Every Total War game has been a blast) Supreme Commander 2 (Maybe now I have a CPU to cope with it?) DCS: A-10 / LockOn FC 2.0 Upgrade Storm of War (IL2. Yep.) Natural Selection 2 Mount and Blade: Warband (played Beta and own original game, pretty fun) Starcraft II Dante's Inferno (not PC game and not on list, but looks good) Now to find the money to buy all these damn games. Ebden~SPARTA~
It'll be ARMA2 for me all year, but I'll upgrade to Op. Arrowhead when released.
Watchman~SPARTA~
It'll be ARMA2 for me all year, but I'll upgrade to Op. Arrowhead when released. Likewise, not really interested in much else. Although that MoH video looks tempting...... get back to some COD4 style action. Mind you, with it's CQB aspect I'm hopeful that Arrowhead will fill that void also. KalXen~SPARTA~
When Diablo 3 comes out, I'll be on it to some degree. But I'm still sucked into Arma for now..

Mind you, with it's CQB aspect I'm hopeful that Arrowhead will fill that void also. I am really looking forward to the CQB aspects of OA as well. If I had my way, I'd do CQB in ARMA2 exclusively. I love it! CQB is one of the main reasons I like the ACE mod so much. The ability to setup and get the drop on tangos as you infiltrate a compound is far more exciting to me that just open warfare. Masses of enemy on uneven terrain is one thing, but taking out a handful of targets while sneaking into and out of an installation all the while collecting intel or completing an objective is where I find the most enjoyment in ArmA. +1 for CQB
