I have been researching the cause of major accidents and am sending this preliminary report to you for your information and guidance. I am doing further research on this subject and will report additional findings as I discover them. NOT CELL PHONES... OR THE RADIO... OR THE GPS MONITOR... NOT TALKING... OR WATCHING A CAR VIDEO....
