Virgin support say it is due to planned maintenance and I can look forward to intermittent outages until the 15th Dec. The only consolation is that at the end of these engineering stints you normally get a few weeks of excellent service as you have the upgraded infrrastructure, and many less users than it was designed for. PANiC Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 just been through this in the past 2 weeks with Virgin, intermittent connection and then was down last Sunday. weird thing is that it seemed like my router was rebooting every 5 mins and i swear that was causing the issue, then when i had no internet, it said the connection was active so was so close to buying a new router. checked VM via mobile, chucked in my postcode and they said it was down for the day. been great since :] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
