I would advice you to have a look at the PSU My 275 GTX didn't show much improvement on arma untill I found out the bus-speed and memory speeds were reduced due to to little power in my PSU (380 watts instead of 550) Now I have 700 watts it runs like a baby.... (combined with an x48 mobo and a fresh vista 64 bit install....) I'll see you on friday guys, can't wait..... (but my wife makes me to...lol)

I bought Vista with the upgrade form OEM because prices will go up once windows 7 hits the shelve. Shops won't sell oem versions for some time..... and together with my 275 GTX I should do a lot better, maybe get my 4th gig of ram by christmas.... oh and by the way I get the full windows 7 version instead of only the upgrade if I'm not mistaken....

new CPU is cheaper at least....

Ah Hoot same boat I see. I changed my E6600 to a 8400 a while ago and that boosted my gaming a lot! Now I have the old 8800 GTS 320 MB, and I hope (to sneak one in at home) to change it to a 275 GTX for ?200 (which is about the same in pound (dang were did the pounb key go on my keyboard, I used to have one) The card you have you eyes on looks good too, dunno what the differences are these days, but I read a review of the 275 and 285 where the 275 did as good as the 285 if you overclock it a little. Anyway the difference from my old GTS will be big enough for me, can't afford much more. (in combination with windows 7) Maybe a 260 can be bought second hand as the are at the lower end of the 200 series nowadays? Good luck

my brothers car he has a delta integrale 16 valve too, but that engine is busted on nurnberg.... this one only has 8 valves but still does 220 on tracks like this. (and old demo car from Lancia with all ralleye colors on it, he bought it with 10.000 kilometers on the clock) (my lil bro owns 5-6 cars depending if you count mud-racing wrecks as a car too lol)
