Luggage~SPARTA~
Has anyone else downloaded the 30 day beta for RUSE, and if so would they like to give it a go? http://ruse.uk.ubi.com/
Hunter~SPARTA~
I did have it downloaded, but it just wasn't for me. I may not have given it a fair enough try, but it just felt very unbalanced. - JHunter

Luggage~SPARTA~
I am disappointed in the whole tactical genre as a whole at the moment. I prefer games where the resources are fixed, there is a defend/attack goal, and you have to work at that within your limited capability. I spent more hours than I care to remember on Atomic/Microsoft Close Combat series which was on this premise, but nothing has come along since that doesn't seem to work on the resource/rush principle. This game is another resource based one, decent GUI, and I feel it looks polished. I played the first two games against no opponent because AI isn't automatic - ironically lost those because of no points! Having worked out I needed an opponent I then played one match and overcame, mostly because I had learnt some basics from the previous two meanderings. If you could switch off additional resources I would reckon it could become a decent strategic game. Thanks for the responses guys I shall have to go back to Close Combat 2 again it appears.
