CPU was tested on my other pc and works fine. Mobo propably fried and the two sticks of new ram too but i don´t know if all 4 sticks whent to heaven. Hopefully not Anyway just ordered this: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=caPN...&templete=2 I did consider a 1366 platform but the i7 cpu are just to expensive for my wallet so i whent for the LGA775 wich i think will be around for a while. And while i was at it i put this in the shopping basket too.
