Just before he starts pointing 'up' with his right index finger, he slides the card into the deck with his right hand against his left forearm which is at the time vertical. He does a slight of hand, switching the card, and then raises it to his mouth but distracting you by pushing the deck against his forearm. He uses the camera to do this because without it, you would see him place it in his mouth. I really like his routine and the song by Sting is really good too.
