Long time guys Reinstalled Arma 2 today just for this mod, figured it'd be worth a try to bring something different to the game. Been loving it so far, my main highlight currently has been running off the pier in Elektro to escape 20+ zeds chasing me Worked quite nicely too. Lost everything but my pistol/ammo but seeing as I'd only just spawned, it wasn't a huge loss. I was in the middle of trying to meet up with another 2 survivors as well so they helped sort me out with new stuff. It's interesting to see the kind of interactions that can come out of different experiences as you go along ! Anyways, will keep an eye out for you guys in game (meh, doubt most of you remember be anyways ) Spacehunt/Fenrir

Been following the post on their forums for a few months now, and another point of stand alone is if you have both installed, you get the marine's units etc from Arma2 in AH as well, for those who like to play with the editor Not too sure if it works the other way around though...

Thanks guys Had a look at the link, and for most games the two problems are the Graphics card and Windows 7 Im guessing pacthes can fix the second, and for the first, i might just install some games and try them on all low graphics first to see how they fair, and if they wor well still, i might increase the graphics to see how far i can push it:) I have Civ 4 on with medium graphics and that plays well but...that isnt very graphicly demanding anyway ^^

Hey guys, finally got myself my own computer, a laptop at that I dont really know much when it comes to cards, processors etc so i dont suppose you can help me figure out what kind of games it can play please ? Heres the laptop http://uk.computers.toshiba-europe.com/inn...hibaShop/false/ Im thinking of 'trying' games like Arma2 tommorow for a whirl, not sure if they'd work though...and kind of worried that it would bugger it up if i did try and they failed miserably. Also, would i be wasting my time buying like games Modern warfare 2 for it ? Im not too bothered if they dont work, i got the laptop mainly for school/college work, but it's always nice to check and find out Also any suggestions on software i should put on it ? As i used to use my dads pc, i never really paid much attention to threads on these different software etc. So far, the only extra i've put on is Xfire, Teamspeak and AVG free 8.5 for my anti virus. BTW guys, on notes like these, are mics mandatory for just playing etc on days when it's too serious ? (as in, when your just playing and not doing the full....operation goose neck, swing round, take town stuff etc ? ) I ask this because, i'd like to come play with you again at some point, but my mic is broken atm and i havnt/cant get a new 1 yet because 1. Short on money ^^ 2. I havnt had much reason because i've been spending time away from online for a while I understand though that i wouldnt be able to fly helo's due to lack of coms (or want to with lack of coms, for that matter ....too much AA lol ^^ )

I would just HAVE to remake warzone 2100, with new graphics, units, maps, the entire works There is an open source for it....but that just isnt the same This would include much more versatility in the designing of your tanks etc, more factions to play as, with perhaps a global campaign with, say, attack that province type stuff then you go to the rts mode, like with games such as Total war series, or Dawn of War dark crusade/soulstorm. Another game would have to be freelancer, not that it isnt great already Just perhaps new campaign, ships, official extended galaxy area, instead of mods New graphics, new physics. Perhaps incorperate stuff from games such as the X series, to allow station building and empire running Or even, make a cross over between freelancer and the X series, including Multiplayer !!

Dno if it was suggested or not (so many posts ^^ ), but for rewards, could you perhaps find a way of making them build up? Instead of having the chance of getting an A 10 after the first side mission you do? Might be good if it starts of with lav's, AAVP's etc, and then builds up to MBT's and Air support.

Great flying and shooting there MH ! I can never hit planes with the gun ^^
