Donziboy2
The company i'm working for is doing the Drive Modules to run the 4 electric motors in the Ohio State Buckeye Bullet. Its featured here>>http://en.venturi.fr/ Each motor can do over 10K RPM, and we are using an electric DC77(monster) train motor to load the thing down at our facility>>>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3IwCxUgW4cM Sorry its in French so use the captions. The Small motor goes to a Ford Rear end using over a 7.1 to 1 ratio then on to torque transducer then to the DC77. Forrester~SPARTA~
Dutch research on lease cars using hybrid power reveals that cars are not a tiny bit better for the environment. Only the polution in cities can go down using electric drive only. The production and short life span of bateries however cause severe damage in africa, but hey thats not our back yard is it? I despice people who look no further than their nose when it comes to being eco friendly. Not to bully anyone here, but its just my 2 cents. I drive a very fuel efficient diesel, with less CO2 emission than a hybrid Toyota prius... :-)
