custard~SPARTA~ Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 When going from Tiger II to E75 using credit to retrain crew to 90% it took me 54 battles to get them back to 100% with a non premium account with I guess it would be mid 30 battles I have found this typical I know Floyd and others prefer to use XP within the crew pool to have them at 100% to start with, I don't like to do this I have no idea if either way wasts more or less XP earnt I just feel I wast less with the method I use Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Example Tier 6 Heavy to shift to Medium, better to start new or retrain? Gold to other tank? lets say gold heavy to normal heavy, possible? IF I have a crew in tier 4 arty, what benefit would I get to move them to a Heavy? I would have to pay silver & this is my problem, Would I need to pay GOLD to retain skills? Their skills are 100% base & 87% first add on skill. 5 in crew. To move them would cost 1000 gold to retain skill & retrain, is this assumption right?
