  3. hey Zath, the portion thing was an issue for me. It took me a good 2 months to get to eating right. I hit a plateau at 177 for about a month. I then got drastic and joined a gym because I had too many excuses at home not to work out, they are called kids, lol. So now it is easy for me to go at lunch everyday because the gym is next door. But back to the portion thing. After two months I slowly got into the habit. After you eat right for a bit of time, your body adjusts and now if I eat the wrong things I pay for it, that is why I said is almost sickening. Here is a typical day of meals for me. 7 am 300 to 400 calorie shake/smoothy you can use whey protein or some other type of mixture 10 am usually a banana or kiwi (sorry Floyd) 1 pm Salad with some meat in it 4 pm snack on raisins, celery or something of that nature, sometimes eat tuna with crackers 7 pm eat a sensable dinner, chicken, turkey with some vegies or another smoothie if I am not too hungery I also drink at least 80 ounces of water a day and I do not eat or drink anything after 7:30 unless it is water. Well when I joined the gym about 3 weeks ago, my training got a little harder and then I broke the plateau of 177. Since then I have been losing about a 1/4 to 1/2 pound a day. I also have incorporated a metabolism burner that has helped. I cut out soda/pop and as much sugar as possible. One thing to note also is if you are trying to gain size, that is muscle, your body can only digest 25 to 30 grams of protein at each sitting, the rest is just flushed through your body. So make sure you include some sort of protein at each meal. I try and take in around 120 to 170 grams a day. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbprotein.htm This link has a protein calculator that may help if you are interested. Zath sounds like though you are on too something and keep going. I feel so much better. What about the rest of you weight watchers, Cobol, Viii, No and you too Zeno, how are you guys doing.
  4. ok, I have an update, what about you other fat butts. I am down to 170 and at 15% body fat. My waste is now a 30, down from a 34 and I am still shedding weight. I hope to get to 165 by the 19th before I have knee surgery again. I have been working out very hard lately getting my knee recovered from the surgery 2 weeks ago. I am now eating so healthy it is almost sickening. I have just about all the belly fat gone, it just does not want to go away.

  10. no mail forwarding. this just started out of the blue. we had some email problems with size and now we are having this issue. i have ran scans on the server and all networked computers and nothing, no virus. i just hope it is not a new virus that has gone undetected.
  11. Need some assitance. Our company email continues to get blocked, the blacklist. I have ran virus scans and even had a third party here to look at the network. Everything looked ok yesterday and now this morning it is happening again. Some of our outgoing emails are getting blocked. Need some insite if any of you IT peeps have any.
  12. Dear Durka Durka, I've never written to you before, but I really need your advice on what could be a crucial decision. I've suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me. The usual signs... phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them." I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive. Although I can hear a car driving off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she wasn't in a taxi? I once picked her cell phone up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her. Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her. I decided I was going to park my Harley Davidson motorcycle next to the garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my Harley, that I noticed that the valve covers on my engine seemed to be leaking a little oil. Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the dealer? Thanks, Bob
  13. You need some rain there. I hate to see those fires. My dads house almost burned down years ago in the fire that was near Flagler Beach and Daytona.
  14. You should volunteer to work on the fence between the US and Mex.... oh sorry. You took a year just to get your porch rails up. Well at least you are consistant with the government. Come up with an idea and spend years contiplating to do it or not, then spend years trying to get it done only to find out it cost you more than you thought and you really could have used the money on something else.
  15. Here is an article I found about EA. EA Inks Mobile Distribution Deal with Taito By Wireless Week Staff WirelessWeek - May 20, 2008 Electronic Arts (EA) signed an agreement with Japanese gaming publisher Taito for exclusive distribution and licensing rights to Taito?s entire gaming catalog for mobile devices across Europe. The first games to be covered under the deal, effective immediately, include Cooking Mama, Space Invaders, Arkanoid, Bubble Bobble, Puzzle Bobble and Rainbow Islands. ?Taito has produced some of the all-time games classics ? such as Space Invaders, Puzzle Bobble and Arkanoid ? as well as innovating with new titles such as Cooking Mama,? said Javier Ferreira, vice president of European Publishing at EA Mobile, in a statement. ?This deal gives EA Mobile immediate access to an incredibly popular catalogue on existing devices while offering us the opportunity to bring these titles to new mobile platforms.? http://www.wirelessweek.com/EA-Mobile-Dist...Deal-Taito.aspx above is the link as well
