Zathrus~SPARTA~ Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 (edited) Ok... this weekend in Wyoming... a huge crack suddenly opened up. It is over 600 yards long and very deep in places. Geologists have no immediate explanation except for the obvious.... apparently there has been a land slide of some sort... no kidding? yep... I agree it does look like something moved..... They have advised everyone to stay away from this area as apparently it is very unstable... You know some are going to go anyway... and eventually one will get killed. It will be interesting to see if they figure out why this land slide has occurred. Of course they have had tons of rain so they know that obviously triggered the movement, but why it was ready to move should probably be figured out. I am hoping this is not somehow related to the dreaded Yellowstone Caldera....... because the earth lifting almost 300 miles away due to pressure from it would be alarming. oh and by the way... if your not familiar with the Yellowstone Caldera... if it were to ever erupt like it has at least 3 times in the past... it would in fact be Godzilla.... or might as well be.
