custard~SPARTA~ Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 (edited) I am lucky enough to have some new bits to play with however I have a problem I am trying to run the OS off of an SSD and everything else on 2 HD set up as a stripe/RAID 0. It is a software raid setup via the bios on my mobo the problem is the OS doesn't see the raid volume. Intel Rapid Storage Technology does see the raid but reports it as System volume:no Any ideas? Mobo - Asus Z97-A SSD - Samsung 840 EVO 550Gb HD - 2x2Tb ST2000DM001 Edit - the stripe size set is the default 16Kb change or leave as is?
