SILENCE..............................................I KILL YOU!!!

Same here, I think most MW competitive players used the Joystick/Mouse combo. I had a M$ Sidewinder pro and a M$ Explorer mouse. Allowed for very accurate fire (for legging etc) using the mouse for the torso and good movement using the Joystick for that. Then all the Group firing, Jump Jets and other necessary controls spread about as required. Looking forward to seeing how the twin reticles pan out, will be nice if I can slave the arm reticle to the TrackIR and the Torso one to the Mouse

JASF might be for some of y'all

Had a quick play and it could be fun in co-op mode. -
Rocky posted this up over at ghostrecon.net and I'm really interested but I'm still trying to decide whether it's a good idea to give out my UDID. Power Grid

Good man

Glad you guy's answered this and I resisted to post my initial reply.

Come on guy's, don't let me down. I'm hoping SPARTA can be a big voice early on and help develop this game into what people here say they want, A realistic, Tactical, Co-op based FPS that's fully moddable and community based. I'm not saying people have to go and pledge money on Kickstart, but at least show some interest here and go and register on the forum.
-
Great to have you onboard mate, I was hoping you would get behind it
-
Look forward to seeing some footage mate
-
I'm really going to be pushing for SPARTA to get behind this project. This is just what we all keep hoping for, a PC driven title, built around Co-op and heavily CQB orientated. A couple of quotes from the Ghostrecon.net Interview. Read the full Interview Here

This should be exciting news for ANYONE who misses the Original Ghost Recon and an intriguing project. Be sure to head over Here and register on the forums. I will certainly be keeping a close eye on this ones progress

So... I've been testing this program out for a couple of weeks now and tbh I was so impressed with it that I bought it within 20 minutes of installing the 21 day free trial. Now, it may be a bit expensive and you may find it hard to justify the cost but it's probably about the best $8 I've ever spent. (yup...$8, that's £5.70 ish). So "What is it?" I hear you ask. It's a small program that uses the built in Windows7 Voice Recognition software (or free M$ download for XP) to control any Software using speech (Predominantly games in my case). It is very similar in use to Joystick or Mouse configuration software in as much as you tell it what you want to say and what you want that phrase to translate into ie Keypress or Macro etc (You will get a better description on the website). You need to at least run through the basic voice recognition training in Windows (about 10mins) but the more you train the more accurate it is though I have done very little training and it is working brilliantly. As an example I first started using it in IL2 and I mapped the phrase "Bail Out" to (yeah, you guessed it) Bail Out. Now my main concern was that whilst playing and talking over TS to Zeno etc I would possible as them if THEY had "Bailed Out" at which point I would jump ingloriously from my plane for no good reason. Nope... works perfectly, it differentiates between Bail and Bailed fine. I cajoled Zeno into trying it and he's bought it too. I've now mapped stuff for ArmA II and it's working great, GPS, Watch, Compass, NV, Third Person View are all now voice controlled freeing up keys and making life a lot easier. Anyway, enough of the sales pitch, try it for yourselves for free from Here and thank me later

16gb SD gives me 5hr 24mins of 720p footage and the battery is probably good for 8hrs or so. Good thing is it will run off the USB cable so I'm going to look at getting an onboard power unit to run various things, this, iPhone, possibly heated grips etc.

This is the cam I bought T (nice having the remote mounted in the fairing). I can't mount it between the forks as on hard braking I would squash it and either crack the fairing or mudguard (or both). Took some more footage today and this is probably where it will stay for now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrkrwabXR7Y http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kizJpUm3ieY

Yeah, hard bump moved the bracket (only fixed for a test). I'm going to move it to the OS and see how that is.

Starship Troopers - Incredibly corny, not particularly well acted but I can watch it again and again without getting bored. Same with Serenity.
-
Moved the Camera position today and took some more footage, not sure if I like it or not. It's more dynamic and action orientated but maybe a bit too much, can make you a bit motion sick if viewed on full screen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33ZmBsTS2Fk&feature=player_embedded
