Company of Heroes Installing Eastern Front (Steam)

Here's a simple explanation of what I did.

For Steam Users

Install Eastern Front to your steam directory, usually

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\company of heroes

once installed it will add a shortcut to EF_Launcher.exe

 

Run it and it will automatically check for updates (there will probably be a couple)

 

Make sure you install the updates into the directory indicated above.

When its finished close the EF_Launcher

Make a new shortcut of the RelicCOH.exe application, Give it a new name (COH_EF for example)

 

The Target should look like this

 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\company of heroes\RelicCOH.exe"

 

Add the highlighted part as indicated below

 

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\Common\company of heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev -mod Eastern_Front

 

Click on Apply and then OK

To play Eastern Front run your new shortcut and it will launch.
