Director lets him in to his office and offers coffee. First question the reporter asks: "what do you do to tell if somebody is a lunatic?" "well" answers the director "we give everybody a teaspoon, normal spoon and a bucket and lead them to a bath filled with water. And then ask them to empty the bath as fast as possible" The reporter answers "well thats an easy one....., but a loon would use a bucket too wouldn't he?"
