You should really think about a Golem or CNR with a faction booster to do L4s solo. The last high slot can be used for a tractor beam or salvager. you can drop the drone Aug to use both but you lose a lot of drone range. As far as PVP goes, being cap stable is irrelevant. And your scan res will be very small, so you need to basically shoot at slow cruisers and battleships. For this I recommend torps.
