I'm wondering if it might be possible to write an addon that displays the current system time in a HUD of sorts. The bit of research I've done has only led me to accessing the in-game time. Because I routinely lose track of time when I'm in game and there's no convenient place to set a clock near my pc. I'm using TINT TS overlay and it's supposed to (at some point) support a plugin that displays the time, but it's still in development. Is SpartaLib publicly available? Thanks for the reply!
