Floyd~SPARTA~
Eee PC 900 The new 1024x600 widescreen display is obviously a welcome improvement over the original 800x480 display. Images are sharper, text is crisper and easier to read, and browsing most Web pages is much easier on the wide screen. On the original Eee, many Web pages extend beyond the edge of the display, meaning you often have to scroll horizontally and vertically to see everything. The larger screen, though, easily accommodates the width of most sites. Even better, the actual computer itself is no larger than the original Eee PC. Asus simply dropped the humongous speakers that flanked the screen and integrated the speakers into the case itself. Result: A larger, better display while still retaining on-board speakers.
