ONLIVE is this: http://www.onlive.com/ Actually they have a FREE 30 minutes trial on Batman AC and I gave a shot on it. It worked great! No lag, no issues. I am sure the quality depends on how strong is your Internet connection. There are no indicators about connection quality to the Server providing the game (neither ping nor color codes), so you just have to hope you get good results. I actually did.
