His ideas that government should control the rest of society to FORCE everyone to follow the principles in the video is completely wrong. Everyone should approach a subject matter with intellect, rationale, and skepticism. Everyone should be awesome to one another. The govt. should not force any of this on you. Excellent fine point detail, but loss of the "bigger picture" so to speak. Explains many of the historic prophets that have come about through the centuries. I have to admit.. Russel wasnt stupid. He knew that, barring extreme enviromental changes, the only thing that could make humans change from their still somewhat primal instincts is an oppressive govt.
