When you right click on a players name or picture you have the option to 'Start conversation..." But when you click this a box comes up asking you for money to talk with this person. Its not a fee that you set, it is a fee that THEY have set and it is easy to get rid of so people can contact you. On the Neocom, open the EVEMail tab. Right click on Inbox and open the settings. Go to the CSPA tab and set the amount from the default of 2950 ISK to ZERO!. The click close. This will not change the amount you have to pay to talk to others, but it does change the amount others have to pay to talk to you. In Malitia Warfare, it is important to set this to zero to reduce the cost of chat with fellow corp mates. However, if you really dont want to be bothered, set it to 100,000 or 1,000,000 ISK and noone will bother you. LOL. Set your CSPA to ZERO! (I am trying to type this up from memory because I am at work right now and dont have access to the game.
