Network Virus

Need some assitance. Our company email continues to get blocked, the blacklist. I have ran virus scans and even had a third party here to look at the network. Everything looked ok yesterday and now this morning it is happening again. Some of our outgoing emails are getting blocked. Need some insite if any of you IT peeps have any.

Are you using any sort of mail forwarding?

 

Setting the reply address different to the sending address?

no mail forwarding. this just started out of the blue. we had some email problems with size and now we are having this issue. i have ran scans on the server and all networked computers and nothing, no virus. i just hope it is not a new virus that has gone undetected.

can u contact the blacklist company to get some info? i heard they are usually helpful. at least u can find out if it's definately your server IP being blocked or just the domain name?
