It has some of the extra bottons and comes with 3 snap in weights so you can change the weight of the mouse to your likeing and of corse it has the different dpi levels. sells for $50 us. It has teflon pads on the bottom to reduce moveing resistance, I hace it on a raidance gameing mouse pad wicth is also teflon coated, if it werent for the wire on the mouse it would slide right off the table and hitt the floor.
