  1. I am having problems finding server under LegionofSparta. I had the same issue finding my buddy server when searching by name, I only found it when I searched under friends when they were in my Steam list, kind of weird.

     

    I never had issues with tammed dinos disappearing, I know there is a cap on structures and dino tames. I think in next patch they are upping it.

  2. Could someone PM me the server info and password? Also could I get some info on the server, like what is turned up and the server settings. How many people already have stuff built on the map and how long has the server been running?

  3. That's probably what it is. 1.0.2 has a lot of bugs in it, one I know is if you take out Journey's Map and put Opis in, a player wont be able to access it with key bindings. So it is left in the middle right of the screen instead of the top right. That's just one of the many bugs in 1.0.2 which is recommended version.

  4. My only other guess would be I am running different version then the server. All my mods fail to load, I am not using Recommended 1.0.2, I am using 1.0.3

  5. I am not able to join, it says Incompatible FML modded server 137 mods present, most servers say at least 140. I don't know if this matters but I had to go back and use Java 7-72 64bit. A lot of players had to go to Java 7 because Java 8 has major problems with modded Minecraft, same with server. I guess the major problem game would load up but when starting a new game it would crash.

  6. I'll assume Biomes O'plenty will be on? I have to read up on the changes of 1.7.10 are. I was playing on a public server yesterday checking things out, I believe vanilla added in more biomes, these ones didn't look like something in Biomes O'Plenty but more vanilla. They look almost a in-between the two, it makes vanilla and Biomes O'plenty blend into each other better.

  8. Do you guys have a dedicated server for this game? I have been following SE since it's first release and have been playing it for about a year, I didn't think to come and check to see if Sparta was engineering in space, lol. I would like to play, give me info.

  9. This is in regards to the Uranium Ore needed in Atomic Science mod that is in the new Tekkit. It is very rare to find. People have been saying that map needs to regenerated in order to find the ore, which isn't a problem. This map we play on has been regenerated and restarted. Another thing people have been saying is that a config file has to be edited, because by default the ore is set to false.

     

    This is what someone has posted:

     

    In AtomicScience config file fine the line ("Generate Uranium Ore"=false) and set it to =true :) And ofc generate a new world or go to an unexplored area to find it:)

     

    So if anyone hasn't found Uranium Ore, the config file might need to be changed and then go we can explore and unexplored area and get some.

    Update: DW20 is available for testing on the launcher under the private pack code Iwanttorestartmyworld , Using this pack before a tool is released to convert worlds will require a world reset. This pack brings DW20 ID's in line with Unleashed ID's. DW20 and Unleashed now use Master Configs. This means they have configs for all the mods in Unleashed ,Unhinged and DW20. You should be able to take a mod from Unhinged or DW20 and put it in Unleashed etc. Unhinged does not use the Master configs, you will not be able to put a mod from Unleashed or DW20 into Unhinged and have it work. Please post any bugs we need to look at in the bug report thread.


    Update 8/23/13 : Unleashed 1.1.3 is now the recommended version. DW20 1.1.3 is still up for testing as we are waiting on a bug fix. Once DW20 1.1.3 is pushed to recommended world ID mismatches will occur with worlds created with 1.1.2 . Future versions of DW20 will work off the id's used for 1.1.3.

     

    By deafult BiomesOPlenty is disabled. To enable it, go in edit mod pack DW20. Try and see which way works best, enabled or not. I haven't seen problems with it enabled.

     

    DW20 runs much better then FTB Unleashed. If you use optifine, it won't don't work with any FTB stuff. For some reason it makes the game load up slow and lags the game out. I don't really use optifine anymore for that reason.

    DW20, he likes to add the lastest up to date mods in his pack, some will be updated and have new features in them. He is also likes to have server friendly stuff in there too, here is one mod pack that is server friendly.

  11. Yeah it is, not worth messing me. Like you said wait till the increase size. They are doing a survey to see what they want to work on in their expansion pack. Talk of increase size to double capacity and subways. I know they can double size, but I knew they want to sell in a very pricey expansion pack, that is how EA works.

  12. I tired the build outside the box mod, I didn't like it that much. When you build a road outside the box it doesn't destroy the trees or adjust the terrain. It makes object places out there look very weird.

     

    I downloaded the road pack and want to try that one later on, but I am happy with vanilla.

     

    The mods I do like are the "Oppie" re-skins and re-textured of trains, trolleys and buses, those ones I am using at the moment. Adds a little more realism to game.
