    Subaru Forester

    Living at Ice Station Zebra and commuting over 10,000 foot elevations (that's 3000+ meters), plus going to work at 10-11,000 in winter means it's a good idea to have a car suited to snow.

     

    We picked up a Subaru Forester and tossed on dedicated snow tires.

    Moscow agrees to sell advanced Su-35s to China and its reverse engineers

     

    Russia has agreed to sell China 24 advanced Sukhoi Su-35BM combat aircraft at a cost of $1.5 billion. It is a remarkable reversal by Moscow because Russian defense officials have accused China of stealing its earlier Sukhoi Su-27 design and making copycats known in China as the J-11B. Until now, Russia has steadfastly refused to sell the upgraded version of the Su-27 ? called the Su-35 ? to China unless Beijing promised to abide by intellectual property rights or buy at least 48 aircraft.     I'm not too concerned about China attacking/invading the US. For the last 3000 years or so, minus the last couple of centuries, China has been the most advanced country on Earth. Having gunpowder before anyone else, they didn't march around the world. They built a big wall.

     

    They also have a billion more people than the US.

     

    They also have a rival, India, with a billion or so people.

     

    Their military is fully funded by the US, paying interest on US debt.

     

    Their spending will match US spending in 15 years.

     

    The world will be different at that time.

    I have tanks at teir 1 and play them whilst on my own, they are that much fun. I will allways play lower teir battles with new ppl and I am not on my own.

    v funny - pity i missed playing WOT - I think im tooo far gone to start now - Id be a noob forever at this stage.

     

    He's right. Tier 4-5 are a hoot, everything you need for fun. A bigger tank just means bigger opponents.
