Just after this Christmas.
Isn't really a desk, the top surface is knee high and there is no leg hole (where it should be is shelving); it's supposed to have a T.v. on it, not a computer, 2 monitors, a large keyboard, a huge speaker, a Stryker MGS poster thing and a joystick set. :/
And no, I don't usually fly with the joystick up there; hell I don't even fly with the joystick in ArmA, I use it for Flight Sim X.

Spazo - I fly out of the Seattle/Tacoma area of washington state. I plan on being a full time CFI and run my own Helicopter Training school until I have more than enough hours to get a sweet pilot job.
So... Ya think you can cut me a deal on flying lessons?

Haha, I'm usually on the ground because there are always other people that have the job before I get on. I remember I was on the server once and my personal friend and old unit member, Mr.Death, was flying. He landed to pick me up, along with other people, so I told him to let me fly. (because we both know I'm a better pilot (Not to mention I was his direct superior.))
The only response I got was "Mah balls."
Make sure to join us on Teamspeak. Thats the first step.I already have TS, and get on it whenever I get on your A2 server.

I get on the ArmA 2 server a lot, and because the MHQ and choppers are all locked up for me, I figured I might as well delve into the community further.
You've never seen me on the server with the name "b00ce" because I have to use my last name and rank for the realism unit I'm with. I'm an all around good ArmA player, there's a reason I'm in the unit's special forces, and if you've seen me fly, you know I'm a damn good pilot, I love flying.
Anyways, just saying hi.

b00ce - good video. How about your strategy on the following 2 items:
1) coming in fast at 50m height, and doing a landing on the backside of a hill.
50m is REALLY high, so I'd lower my altitude to less than or equal to 30 meters, depending on trees(the tallest are 29m or so.
), and swing around the hill to A. bleed some speed and B. come in for a nicer "landing".I'd then flare, come in and hover at a meter or so above the ground, I never land on a hill.2) strategy for landing when tail rotor is shot out.
I come in low and at about 50Km/h, to keep me from spinning, lay it down gently and skid to a stop.

How about letting us hear the game audio instead of that techno-trancy dub stuff. The sound of the engine and blades might give us a better idea of what is going on...
Sorry, FRAPS won't record sound for some reason, so I had to tell you what was going on. The video would have been REALLY boring.

Yes, it fit.
Considering most people have trouble in a helicopter at 10 meters going <200 km/h upright, I think I did pretty well for myself.
My first units Domi server. It was me and one other guy having fun with helicopters.
I love flying.
