First thing you'll want isFS Global 2010. That will increase the detail is the points of elevation making land look more realistic. Next, I would get Real Environment Extreme. REX is an excellent programs which gives you hi-def textures for everything from runways to clouds. My Traffic X adds many different kinds of AI aircraft to the world around you.
Aside from those 3, There are some smaller mods which can give you photo-realistic scenery for cities or just very high resolution data for a particular region(like the Pacific Northwest). My favorite region mods are from FTX. There are also many, many airplanes, helicopters, and missions you can add, but those are all personal preference.
Anything else you want to know?
ETA: MegaSceneryX also has some really good scenery.

Extract the OPX.7z file and you'll get an OPX folder. Label it @OPX. Inside that folder you'll see opx building, plants, road, etc... Inside the @OPX folder create a folder called addons. Now take all the PBOs and bisign fils from the other folders and put them in the folder called addons. Now take the folder marked @OPX and put it in your ARMA 2 folder.

Downloaded THIS from Armaholic and I've been trying to beat it for a few days now. I'm barely able to get two blocks let alone the mile or so to the station.

The reason the stock server has a password is because our Pilot and Driver permissions script is currently not working. We did not want to have a Sparta branded server fall into chaos by letting anyone who joins to fly off in a Chopper for their own personal transport or to drive the MHQ off into oblivion.
That being said, if the active Arma players as a whole want the password removed, the topic can be brought up for discussion at the next Council meeting for the Admins to discuss. If that is in fact what you want, state your case and we will take your comments into consideration.
Skele, if you didn't make a back-up of your game directory prior to installing the patch, then I do not believe there is anyway to simply roll it back; a full re-install would be necessary.

Unfortountely Verizon doesn't have service in my area and neither does RCN, AT&T, or Earthlink. I guess I'm stuck with Comcast...

I'm moving into a larger apartment now that I'm getting married and my current ISP doesn't have service there. I'm looking at different ISPs and CLEAR seemed to have the most reasonable prices, But I want to know if I'll get a good ping when I'm gaming online. Anyone have any experience with it?
