EMT~SPARTA~ Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 Hey guys, I've been checking up on the next patch for Minecraft aka 1.2, and it looks like the patch is going to be released really soon. I was wondering if the minecraft community would like to start a new map to be able to have the new environments The patch includes: World height has been increased to 256 ( was 128 ) Jungle environment has been added Bug fixes Performance improvements Block ids have been increased to 4096 (was 256) what ever that means Zombies can break down wooden doors Cats have been added (rumor: creepers are scared of them) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We'll make a new server running vanilla MC 1.2, play it, etc. The big decision comes when 1.2 Bukkit is out.. do we continue with the existing world, or do we choose to rebuild.
