Gunthar~SPARTA~ Posted October 5, 2011 Share Posted October 5, 2011 Since certain people (Roach) keep pestering me about Tears of the Sun mission I finally sat down and went through the initial build of the mission. I have been working on it for about a week now trying to get all of the various bugs nailed down and am ready for an initial run through. I can provide a link below as soon as I get home tonight for the two mods you will need. In order to make it close to the movie I am using a navy seal mod and an F-18 mod it is about 250mb. Overall outline is a little different from the movie but should have the same feel. 1. Insertion: Land a helo at the prearranged LZ and collect your gear from the airdropped ammo crates. 2. Move to the research station and rescue Dr. Bignutz. 3. Escort Dr. Bignutz to the primary LZ for extract. 4. If needed continue with Dr. Bignutz to secondary extrat by boat on the coast. I will not give too much away but sufficient to say it?s a normal mission of mine so there will be plenty to shoot at and plenty that will shoot back.
