NoScream~SPARTA~ Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Taking ownership of folders (locked/ unlocked) http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-...p-shortcut.html If you want to copy in old data from Vista for reinstalled programs you need access to the Documents folder which is locked and under the ownership of Windows7, you need access so you need to take what is called OWNERSHIP.
