Viiiper - thanks for the info. Has CM suggested what they think the recommended rig is? My experience has been that the minimums posted by the companies don't usually lend themselves to a great gaming experience. Do you have a feeling about whether the system requirements are more or less intensive than Arma2?

I have a 7800 gtx that is showing its age, and I just over clocked my chip from 2.6 to 3.15. I think I may find myself in the upgrade boat as well. What do you all think of the nvidia 275 or 285?

Well Griff the 275 Is nice but if you have money then go for the 285.... :D

 

 

I would if i knew I could get the full use out of it. I have an nvidia 680i mobo and the pci express is on it is only X1, do you know if the 285 would be overkill for that? I?m not into updateing the mobo and te processer right now.

I posted this question on the DR forums too but Viiper, do you know what the server requirements will be? Would be interesting to know how many DR instances could be run potentially on a box.

 

Hopefully DR will give better fps than Arma2 as well.
