Xross
Nice Zebb, Hit me up if I can be of any help testing. I can set up a private server but don't have the b/w to support more than a few players. Let me know. Great stuff! Cheers
T_1
I take it if we patch using this we won't be able to use the SPARTA server? -------------- edit - Nevermind just read the post at Armaholic, you can still run 1.14 as well as the 1.15 beta. Xross
How to run the Beta: You can still run your existing ArmA normally by using the existing shortcuts and as far as we know, the beta shouldn't interfere with your game, so even after you installed the beta you should be able to install this beta patch normally. To run the beta version, you need to start "Launch Arma Beta Patch" in your ArmA game directory. If you need to run ArmA another way, and you still want to run the beta, make sure to start the ArmA.exe from the beta subfolder with working directory set to the normal ArmA directory and also with command line option -mod=beta I wouldn't rush to put this on quite yet though. Give us a chance to do some testing to try and head off any possible FUBARs. It is encouraging to see BIS still improving this s/w right up to the eve of the release of ArmA-2. Impressive support. Kudos to Zebb for the find.
