I am not going to read all of this or watch it all.

 

Last year I told you guys about the diet that I was using and I lost 35lbs in 2.5 months. It was the easiest diet and exercise that I have ever done. www.menshealth.com and look for the "abs diet". The food is good and filling and very easy to make.

Percentage of corn grown in US eaten by people: 20%

Percentage of corn grown in US eaten by livestock: 80%
