Cent~SPARTA~
Hi Spartans As some may remember, back in 2015 i cycled from London to Paris for a children's charity. This year i am doing something a little different in memory of my best friend who died last year. Below is a link to my story https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/my-friend-richard-mike-forrester?trk=pulse_spock-articles I'm not asking for donations - that's entirely up to you guys - i just wanted to share my plans for this year Cent x

Cent~SPARTA~
No problem dude. The Aberdovey ride is full but i think you can put your name down as a reserve? the VELO Birmingham still has entries available. but i think its charity only now? http://www.velobirmingham.com/ - 24th September http://www.aberdoveybikeride.co.uk/pages/site/rides - 16th June Sponsorship is a bit steep for the Velo though. I'll be doing a few training rides in between - these are normally turn up and pay events of about 60 miles if you fancy joining me on one of those. First one is the Kathrine house sportive - 30th April in staffordshire. https://www.khhospice.org.uk/event/cycling-challenge-2017
