MH6~SPARTA~
Now those "no way!" deaths make so much more sense.
Zathrus~SPARTA~
This guy is pretty good, I just watched both vids. I ran a dedicated server for 3 years in MWLL. So everything he is talking about... I used to be able to watch. The effect of high ping players on the entire server is disastrous in most games... everyone gets penalized by that high ping. In MWLL I ran extensive tests on the backside with a full server. Because of what I saw in those tests, I put a ping limit of 400 on the server. The data said I should put the ping limit at about 300, but that was just too low, too many players had pings of 300 to 350. It would allow someone with a 400+ ping to remain on the server for about 20 seconds... with an on screen message warning them their ping was too high.. then dump them. This ping limit, completely changed how the game felt to players compared to other servers with no ping limits. The game got smoother and far more accurate hit detection for all. high pings just really mess up most net code... regardless of how they try to deal with it. It is best to set up servers for those high ping players in their region.
Luggage~SPARTA~
Alongside those netcode issues, is this for real do you think? According to the site it is still live, and undetected.
Cylawyer~SPARTA~
I am not surprised at all.

MH6~SPARTA~
Hacks have been around since Beta, and will not be going anywhere. Ubisoft has never been one to crack down on hackers.
